" In many traditions, Indian, Buddhist, or even Native American, there is no doubt that energy exists, and it is considered the foundation of all forms of life. It constitutes every human being, plants, animals, and stones. It is a primary life energy. It circulates and gives life to the body as well as to the entire universe. It is on this energy that energy therapies such as Ayurveda, Qi Gong, or Acupuncture in Chinese medicine work.
A stone has its own chemical, physical, and energetic structure. Some have the ability to absorb undesirable energies, while others radiate positive vibrations. There is a connection between our own energetic structure and that of the crystal, which is how a stone can resonate with us."
Despite a remarkable interest in crystals in recent years, science has yet to prove their effects. However, many people report their benefits, and when we open our subtle channels, it is possible to feel their influences. We often only believe what we see (or perceive through our five senses); but our universe is vast and mysterious, and many phenomena remain unexplained.
In my experience, I have clearly been able to feel the vibrations of certain crystals during my meditations or when I wish to protect myself in public transport. Everyone has their own beliefs, but it would be a shame to deprive ourselves of tools that can be beneficial to us. Today, there are several schools of thought to explain how stones work. Some believe that stones are a psychic support for well-being and personal development techniques.
Others, like me, believe in the vibrational aura of stones, meaning an invisible energy vibration. Still others think that when the stone comes into contact with the skin, the minerals it contains penetrate the body, are absorbed, and act on it down to our cells, like a medication...
Among all this, nothing is certain, but we cannot ignore the millennia-old traditions that attribute virtues to them and have used them for a very long time: the Egyptians used Lapis Lazuli to help the souls of the deceased pass to the other side, Native Americans protected themselves with Obsidian, and in the Middle Ages, Beryl preserved crops from bad weather."
